Why use BIKETOWER?
Storage of a bicycle or e-bike of any value, secure against access by others, monitored by a camera system, with insurance against damage or theft.

You can leave all accessories on your bike, hang the helmet on the handlebars or place a shopping bag inside the bike’s carrier basket. The bike stays in the horizontal position and no one can get to it.

Fast check-in, easy and simple operation. Within 25 seconds, the bike is stored in a dry and dust-free environment. You will no longer have to sit on a wet seat.

Safe storage
No one else has access to your bike!
The space is monitored by a CCTV system.
You can leave all your accessories on the bike, hang your helmet on the handlebars and even leave a shopping bag on the bike.
Your bike is protected from rain, dust and snow.
While inside the tower, the bike is insured against damage and theft.
Access to the bike 24 hours a day.
Bicycle storage instructions
Enter the safety zone, place both wheels inside the groove on the floor. FRONT WHEEL FIRST! DON´T LOCK! DO NOT BLOCK THE ROTATION OF THE WHEELS!
Place the front wheel approximately 5 cm in front of the entrance door. The storage space will open.
PUSH the front wheel to the storage space until the system automatically grabs the bicycle.
A green light at the monitor will confirm that all is correct.
Step back from the safety zone and press the START button at the payment terminal to initiate automatic storage.
Wait until receipt is issued. Collect the receipt and save it carefully.
Bicycle retrieval instructions
Approach the payment terminal and scan the bar code on the receipt.
The monitor at the payment terminal will display the required parking fee. Pay the fee by any of the following coins: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 50 CZK.
If you require a payment confirmation, press YES.
After the payment, do not enter the safety zone and wait until your bicycle is automatically retrieved!
The system delivers your bicycle into the groove. Step into the safety zone, the system will release your bicycle.
Remove your bicycle and cycle away.
Important instructions
Make sure you have both wheels in the guiding groove! Front wheel at the door!
Do not enter the safety zone when the bicycle is entering or exiting storage space!
Follow the procedure and instructions displayed on the monitor above the entrance.
Carefully protect your deposit slip – it is worth the value of your bike. There is a charge for lost tickets.

I lost my deposit slip confirming the storage of my bike. How should I proceed?
Call the support line of the given BIKETOWER. Contact info is given in the Instructions next to the payment terminal or on the www.biketower.cz/en website (see the map of the towers).
Is my bike safe?
The unique technology used guarantees that no unauthorised person, only the owner, comes into contact with your bike.
How is BIKETOWER secured?
The tower has a unique electronic system and is carefully monitored by a camera system. All bikes are insured against damage and theft during storage.
What happens if I don't pick up my bike?
Your bike will wait for you until you pick it up, but you will be charged a bike storage fee for each day.
Is it possible that there will be a mix-up and I will receive someone else's bike by accident?
No worries; this cannot occur. The control system pairs the unique bar code of the deposit slip with the date of storage, the time of storage and the position at which the bike is stored.
What should I do if I find out during the dispensing that my bike is damaged?
The operator of BIKETOWER must be contacted immediately. The number is given on the Instructions next to the payment terminal. Each process of storing and retrieving the bike is recorded by the camera system. Based on this recording, the incident that caused the damage can be determined.
What should I do if my accessories have fallen off the bike during storage?
The operator of BIKETOWER must be contacted immediately. The number is given on the Instructions next to the payment terminal. Each process of storing and retrieving the bike is recorded by the camera system. Based on this recording, the incident that caused the damage can be determined.
Can I leave the bike in BIKETOWER overnight?
The bike can be left in BIKETOWER uninterrupted for 30 days. After this time, the operator can proceed as described in the Instructions next to the payment terminal.
